my sister went to New Orleans and got me this cook book. I am soooo excited to cook things. 




tons of info. about food!

This book is the greatest. The first 130 pages covers being vegan in a nutshell, discusses how to properly nourish each system of the body, and has a mini encyclopaedia on whole foods.

The rest is just a diverse collection of over 250 completely vegan recipes.

I’ll see how the potato leek soup turns out tonight!
