Well lads and ladetts got any plans for the 26th-27th of Aug…… No?….. well your in luck For the first time the rock an óir music festival will be goin ahead,

Interesting says you….. and you’d be spot on wanna know more?

Well it’s a brand new oppertunity to Session thru the recession and relax with good tunes good vibes and all the natural beauty you could want how fuckin bad eh?

well it get so much better at 25 quid a ticket ya can’t go wrong, the idea is to make it as cheap as possible and in that spirit you are invited to Bring your own gargle and save a few bob for yourself however i would point out glass of any form is strictly forbidden (for the sake of the local wildlife) there will be grub on site with bbq pits all over the gaff so you’ll be well fed.

The festival is due to be held in scenic Knockanore along the beautiful river blackwater in my own Déise county.

This is a gathering of well basicly hippies so peace and love is the order of the day

what i’m sayin is if ya act the bollix you’ll be lashed to a tree and left to think about what you’ve done so bear that in mind and come in peace.

Other thant that i couldn’t tell ya much more if you want any more info, Setlist etc.

look for Rock on óir on FB or have a look for the website (to be compleated in the next few days) and decide for yourself.

Take it easy and i’ll see ya there………..Slán
