It’s eight o’clock and the sun slowly slips back into bed. The temperature drops, my mood rises and I have another sip of coffee.

These are some of the couchsurfers we met and our Croatian hosts as well. It was raining, so we stopped for a beer.
I think I’m calling it a day now. Tumblr informs me that I’m at 96% of my photo uploading capacity for the day and…let’s face it, if you’re one of the 25 or whatever people following me, you might hate me a little bit. So I’ll pick up tomorrow where I left off! Shouldn’t be too much more!

Goizean goiz meskitako eta hinduen tenpluko bozgoragailuak norgehiagoka ibiltzen dira, eta iluntzean, afal orduan currydun arroza eskatu ezkero ordu eta erdi itxaron behar izaten da, bereziki eginiko espezia nahasketari esker inoiz jandako curryrik onena dastatzeko.
Noraezean nenbilela, tamilen herrixka batetan bide ondoko dendatxoko tipoak cocacola batera gonbidatu ninduen. ingeles apur bat praktikatzeko parada hartuz: plantazioetako bizitzaz, singhales eta tamilen arteko tentsioaz, kanpotarrek beraiekin hitzegiten gelditzen ez direla, … Azkenean hurrengo egunean herrixkan egingo zen jai hindu batera gonbidatu ninduen, nik kostaldera jotzeko ideia neukan, baina holako aukerak ez dago galtzerik.
Hurrengo egunean herrixkara heltzean kamioitxo baten inguruan jende multzo bat ikusi nuen. Kamioiaren atzekaldetik inklinaturiko bi enbor ageri ziren, eta gehiago gerturatzean … ezin nuen sinetsi begien aurrean nuena, bi gizon bizkarrean sartutako kakoetatik enborretatik zintzilikatu behar zituzten!
Dendatxoko gizonak lan egin beharra zeukan baina bere lagun Sithamparam-en ardurapean utzi ninduen.
Kamiotxoa, bi tipoak zintzilikaturik zituela eta tronpeten erritmora dantzan zebilen jendetza jarraika zuela herrixkaren inguruan bueltaka ibili zen. Zintzilikatuek kriston ero aurpegia zuten, normala horrelako egoeran egonda, trantzean egotea zerbait bada, hori izan behar du. Itxuraz, jainkoek hartuta zeuden eta horri esker jendeak eramaten zizkieten kokoak matxetez zabaltzean nolabait bedeinkatuak gelditzen dira eta aldareetan utzi daitezke.
Kamioia tenplora heltzean herri osoa bildu zen han. Zintzilikatutakoak kontu haundiz jeitsi eta tenplo barrura sartu zituzten. Bertakoek, kakoak banan banan kendu eta tela zati zuri bat pasa zieten bizkarretik, gero zapi hori mundu guztiari erakusteko … odol arrastorik ez.

Normandie Day 2 - Caen
On Friday morning, we headed into Caen to walk around the city. We got croissants and coffee before touring around, seeing the little harbour, the city centre, the restaurant area, the castle, and the shopping district.
We also made reservations at Le Bouchon du Vaugueux, rated (online) as one of the city’s best, for later that night.
Caen was an interesting city. It’s not as especially pretty as other Normandie towns, since it was heavily bombed in the 2nd World War and then later reconstructed. But there are several nice historic buildings left. You can go into the castle, which houses two museums, for free, so we did:
After another boulangerie lunch (I love a good formule - sandwich, drink and pastry for 5-6 euro), we headed out to cider country!

The Great Blue Hole is a part of the larger Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System, a World Heritage Site of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
You know, I go to foreign countries and give piggy-back rides. It’s chill.
Now I just gotta get an adult to go with me….
Belize: Probably something with the ruins. There’s a bunch of different packages and my aunt and parents ahev to figure that out
Cozumel: This zip line and snorkeling package.
Grand Caymans: Dolphin swim/ stingray interaction.
Mahogany Bay: Clear kayaking! It looks so epic and my friend did it and he said it was crazy fun
Day 8. A picture of your favorite place.
I don’t have a picture of the original place I wanted to post, but this is my second favorite place.
This is my house in Belize, and that’s right at the edge of the property. We own 3 acres, and two of which are in the back of the house.
I love it, because I can go somewhere and hide, no one will find me. I can escape. Belize was a hard place to be because of certain people, but most of the time it wasn’t that bad. I love my house, it’s big and beautiful. There’s a bunch of small garden areas outside, and inside there’s five bedrooms, two upstairs, three downstairs. A shower/bathroom upstairs and down, and an outside shower and an outside bathroom.
I had my own little garden in the back, with flowers, and a bunch of other things, like culantro, Pumpkins, Avocado tree, Soursop(a fruit), and bunches of other things. Sucha lovely home.
Toby and I used to sit in the front yard, me laying on a mattress or something, reading a book, with her by my side. I miss the house.
I miss home.
