I just went to the ONLY Never Say Die Open Air in the world. And it was AWESOME!

Deez Nuts, Madball, Shai Hulud, Protest The Hero, Parkway Drive, Comeback Kid were awesome.

I hope they’ll do this festival again !

Just came back from our school trip to Trier, which was kind of a fail. But got some pretty pictures though :)

Kus mi, which if you say it like kus mij, means kiss me in dutch. And that was on a license plate!

Am nächsten Wochenende, vom 24. - 26. Juni 2011 steigt in der Trierer City dieses Jahr zum 31. Mal das Trierer Altstadtfest. In dieser Zeit wird die Innenstadt zu einer großen Festmeile mit vielen Attraktionen, Essens- und Getränkeständen. Zusammen stehen in der City verteilt fünf große Bühnen, sowie drei Musikpunkte. Die Musik wurde vom Kulturbüro Trier so ausgewählt, dass sich jegliche Altersgruppen angesprochen fühlen dürfen. Die kulinarischen Besonderheiten aus der Region Trier, Luxembourg und Frankreich sind extrem begehrt bei den Besuchern, die aus der gesamten Region und aus der ganzen Welt zum Trierer Altstadtfest kommen. Zu den Highlights des diesjährigen Programms gehören sicherlich die karibische Nacht vor der Porta Nigra am Freitagabend, gefolgt von dem Quattropole-Fest am Samstag. Seit einem Jahr in die Festivitäten eingebunden, ist der Trierer Stadtlauf, für den der Startschuss am Sonntagmorgen fallen soll. Eröffnet wird das Fest am Freitagabend um 18:30 Uhr auf der Bühne am Hauptmarkt von OB Klaus Jensen.
Groß und Klein, Jung und Alt, einfach alle sind zu diesem wunderbar bunten Treiben in der Trierer Innenstadt eingeladen, damit das Trierer Altstadtfest auch 2011 zu etwas ganz besonderem wird.
